By accessing, using, or placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms:

🔷 1. Account Creation & User Responsibility

  • Users may browse the website without creating an account.
  • To place an order, users must provide accurate information including name, address, email, and contact number.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.
  • Providing false or misleading information may lead to the suspension or cancellation of your order.

🔷 2. Product Information & Accuracy

  • All product descriptions, images, and details are provided to the best of our ability.
  • As all sarees are handwoven, slight variations in color, weave, or texture may occur, adding to the uniqueness of the product.
  • We do not guarantee that the product images on screen will appear exactly as in person due to display settings.

🔷 3. Pricing, Taxes & Shipping Charges

  • All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes (GST).
  • Shipping is free for orders above ₹11,999. For lower order values, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • International shipping rates vary based on region and are displayed during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change product prices or shipping charges without prior notice.

🔷 4. Payment Terms

   For Indian Orders:
     We accept payments via Razorpay – which includes:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (available in select pin codes)

    For International Orders:

  • We use secure gateways like PayPal and Stripe for all overseas transactions.
  • All payments are processed through encrypted and PCI-compliant channels.

🔷 5. Order Confirmation, Processing & Delivery

  • After placing an order, customers will receive an email/SMS confirmation.
  • We process and dispatch orders within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

    Estimated delivery timelines:
  • Guwahati: Within 1–2 business days
  • Rest of Assam: 2–7 business days
  • Pan India: Up to 10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days, depending on customs clearance

    Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

🔷 6. Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

  • You can return eligible products within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Custom-stitched, pre-ordered, or altered sarees are non-returnable.
  • Returns initiated beyond 15 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Return courier cost may be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.

  • We currently do not offer post-order cancellations once an order has been successfully placed.
  • If you wish to correct your shipping address or contact info, email us within 2 hours of placing the order.
